Has anyone got any info on the state of queues at security/passport into airside at LHR T3 this week?

Also, is there a secound access point into airside in T3 like there is with the alternative upstairs security point at LGW in the south terminal?

Entirely dependent on time/day, etc. I'm afraid. Wasn't that bad last Tuesday afternoon...

Yes - it's called fast track [:w]

Was there yesterday at 1800hrs. No queue at the DIY check-in or online bag drop. Y check-in have around 10 people queueing.

As for security/passport area it was very busy, the queue was just styretching just outside the screen seperating the passengers and non-travellers.

There are alot of 'Can I Help You' people before you get to the queue at security telling passengers only one bag is allowed including handbag and no liquid etc.

Wasn't that bad last Tuesday afternoon...

I went through Tues afternoon too - Preiffer, I take it you were in the CH too. I travelled out to EWR on VS1 that day. Thought I had checked for V-Flyers itineraries, but must have missed your one!
