Best way to check-in for a full flight?

My MCO-LGW flight in December appears to be full (no more seats to choose from, although I have chosen mine already, and according to expertflyer no more tickets to sell). I'm assuming that this means the flight is possibly oversold, would it be advisable to do online check-in, or failing that early check-in at downtown disney?

Thanks.

Are you asking from an upgrade or being bumped off point of view?

VS.

Sorry, I should have said - I'm in UC (and have chosen my seat), I wanted to ensure that I didn't find myself in a position where I was 'bumped'.

The answer is still yes.

I thought that would be the case, thanks Jeremy. I'll try online check-in, if I'm unable to do that I'll get to downtown disney early on.

Just another point, there are only 60% of the seats available for pre-selection, so if the seat map shows no more available for selection that it will just mean the 60% has been taken not necessarily the flight is full. Obviously the Expert Flyer info does suggest this might be the case however.

I think Jeremy's advice is spot on - but I do think that there is less liklihood of a b and s flight being oversold - particularly in UC.

DTD check is easy to do if you are in UC but its still a bit of a pain on your last day - so I would advise OLCI the night before and that should pretty much guarantee yoru seat unless the flight gets cancelled or goes tech!!
