Hi All

Does anyone have an email address that will get straight thru to the Premier team ..... rather than the standard Customer services one that always seems to recieve a rather robotic reply .... Have hunted high and low on the VA site and on here and cant see one.

umm... Why not just call them?

Most things can be sorted out a lot quicker by phone. [:?]

As you appear to be an FC Gold member, anything you send to the regular Customer Relations email address should get automatically forwarded to someone in "RB's Office" for handling - though you will recieve an "ack" from someone in the "normal" customer services team.

Good Point .......... Should have mentioned why ..... its a long complex issue (not a complaint) been advised to write or email by the phone staff ..... just thought I'd try and save myself some paper !!... the agent couldnt give me anything other than the customer.services@ etc etc
