Any truth in the rumour that VS are threatening to cancel their orders for the a380s?

Keith -The A380 including VS decision to delay until 2013 has discussed at length in this thread!

On a recent flight one of the cabin crew said "Virgin have cancelled their A380 order". No idea if this is true, and it certainly can't be taken in any official capacity. This was after the accouncement in the delay to the order, so internal gossip / rumours may have changed that into cancelling.

As Neil says, the A380 and its recent delays are more than adequately discussed in this 4 page thread. To keep the relevant discussions in one place, please post in that thread. In the meantime, I've locked this thread.
