In a word, no. According to the "New PE" pages on the VS website they are not even planning on starting the rollout of the new PE seats onto the LGW fleet until 2008.

Obviously, this is subject to change - but don't expect them to start on the LGW fleet untim the vast majority of the LHR fleet is done.
