My wife and I will be flying from LAS to LGW and we are fortunate enough to be flying in UC. Is it true that you can get a massage during the flight?

Thanks
Charles

Yes, if you were flying into LHR. There is no IFBT on flights to/from LGW. However if you are returning to LAS you can get one in the LGW Clubhouse.

Hi Majestyk,

Firstly, welcome to the site...[y]

The aircraft that serve the LGW routes have a lower capacity UC cabin and unfortunately don't have an IFBT working on board. (In-flight beauty therapist)

LAS is a very popular route. Lot's of people who visit V-Flyer travel via SFO for potentially a cheaper fare, better availability and use of the LHR Clubhouse. All LHR aircraft also have IFBT on board.

Enjoy your 1st trip in UC, I'm sure it will be amazing...:D

Thanks for the welcome and information! Since we live in Vegas I doubt we will ever get a change to fly into LHR via VS. Has anyone used the arrival lounge at LGW? We have a six hour layover before our flight to Rome, and was curious if it was worth waiting in the lounge or taking the train into the city for a few hours.

Thanks
Charles

Yep, you could take the Victoria Express up into London, do a couple of hrs of sight seeing then shoot back.Check your baggage through then head for the train station, it's pretty clearly marked.

Used the arrivals lounge in January after a 26 hour delay - they could have charged a huge amount for it that morning ;) - its well worth the visit [y], but there are only snacks and tea/coffee available.

Hi Charles,

VS use the US Air arrivals lounge at LGW. The lounge does have WiFi access, I'm fairly sure that it's via T-mobile but it's not free unfortunately...:D

At least here in the states, if you have Vista running on your laptop T-mobile is offering free wireless internet!!

Thanks for the information.
