There have been quite a few PE TR's recently, maybe worth checking there, I seem to remember that there has been Bangers and Mash, and Chicken Tikka.
Hope you have a good flight.

If it helps, and from memory so correct me if i'm wrong, on our LHR-JFK flights we had:
Outbound:
Chicken Tikka
Bangers and Mash
Squash Ravioli
Return:
BBQ Chicken fillets and Mash
Beef Bourguignon
Vegetarian Lasagne
All meals come with a starter salad, cheese and biscuits, warm bread and a Gu chocolate pudding.
Thanks,
Sarah

No, Premium Economy. These are the menu choices onboard in PE, not Economy.
Thanks,
Sarah

Sarah just one thing that's actually different to the menu you stated - the starter for the outbound was a VERY dry couscous - I suppose you could call it a salad but I couldn't find any in it!
Can't comment on the inbound as I upgraded for the return.

Don't forget the Meat raffle at the working Man's club at the end of the day GJ! You could make a weekender of it!

You are quite right Jilly! I didn't actually touch that, so had forgotten all about it.
Tea also comes in a very small cup (looks like an espresso cup) and the water cup resembles a tealight holder. Very odd!
Thanks,
Sarah

Mmm, I should really post the pictures of the 'meal' I was served on the outbound to JFK, but I don't think it would do it any justice. I love the way the crew manage to ask if you want the 'Beef, the chicken or the Vegetarian'. So verbose. So me having read the supplied menu that stated the true meal description thought, mmm the chicken dish sounds passable, I'll have that. Shame no oen had bothered to check that the correct menu had been loaded. So my presumed 'BBQ Chicken fillets and Mash' was actually the 'Chicken Tikka'. That was sent back, and a presumed basic 'Bangers and Mash' ordered instead, which I declined given it's 'state'.
Come to think of it, in future they should offer a PE fare that doesn't include a meal, maybe a S- fare. Was not impressed, but then I have found the food to be substandard in Upper of late anyway. It's oft-debated, and basically them trying far to hard to do over the top dishes.
Thanks,
Richard

MMMMMMMM, meat, I seem to remember that product from the past. Something that tastes and looks sort of like err... chicken anyone? (Damn, the neighbour has put a lock on their dustbin again, still the refuse collectors will be round today) [:o)]
