MCO Z FARES

Hi

I'm looking to book a Z fare to MCO in May and back again in June.
At the moment on the dates I'm wanting to fly there are no Z fares but there are 6 or 7 bucketed as J. Is it likely that these will be moved into Z nearer my travel dates?

Thanks, Mark

Nope - Z's get zero'd out the nearer to travel you are. On that route, they should time out completely 42 days before travel (as a Z is an APEX fare)

The most common time to get "Z"'s to MCO seems to be November, December, January. February, and March, and leaving out School Holidays as well !

For what it's worth last January I booked a "Z" straight after Christmas for travel 2 weeks later !

Ah, yes - there is a weird one, when a "fare sale" is on. Then, last minute bookings are put into the extra Z inventory that is released.

Few and far between in Upper to MCO though... [:(]

Z's to MCO are pretty rare for certain months, and then others is a free for all.

But saying that D's are not that much more ~£1700-1800, and obviously include the CDC's. Great if you are going some way out of MCO (given teh range for a CD is all of FL).

Thanks,
Richard

Yes I agree a D isn't that much more but the BA club world fare is £1150. I was willing to pay Virgin £1500 for a Z in Upper but £1700 is testing my Virgin loyalty to the limit.

BA Club in that instance then! Strange that there is such a differnce as they are normally within pennies of each other for a Z to I.

Thanks,
Richard

Where are you seeing BA Club World for £1150? Cheapest I have seen for a while is around £1350 and that is around the same price a Virgin Z Class.

If I can get some BA Clubs for £1150 I'll snap them up.

Here's the £1149 Club World link...you need to change departure to Gatwick to see the Orlando & Tampa fares

Thanks for the link. I may be able to do something with these albeit they are fairly close (and when you check limited) - If you see any more like this please post them again.
