Yeah thats been around for a long time, as with every company that deals with the public there are bound to be some people that hate you, just the way of life I am afraid.

It has been discussed here quite a few times here. The author is a very angry person, who still refers back to an incident in 1997 IIAC. [:?]

I often see a lot of sites that are against a particular organisation for whatever reason.
I can't understand why one individual is still holding a grudge against VS over an incident that happened 10 years ago which came to nothing.
Interesting read though.

I'm sorry VS075 I've got to disagree.
If what this gent has written on his website is true, then I'd be mighty mad until I went to my grave.
To be accussed of sexual assault and be publically humiliated in front of your family and 100's of strangers, I personally cannot comprehend.
As I say, if what is written is true, it may of come to nothing, but doesn't that support his position that the FBI didn't press charges?
Just glad it wasn't me or you.
Apologies for opening the can further but I've never been involved in the earlier dicussions on the forum about this.

Well if thats true and had happened to me I would have taken Virgin Atlantic to court over defamation of character. That is disgusting behavior and he really should have taken them to court.
I have been on the wrong end of a cover up so know what its like. I left a job a few years ago after my boss had a go at me over something he had forgotten to ask me to do. I stood my ground and it ended up with my boss calling me a "f*ing t***er" in front of the whole room (10 people). I walked out without saying anything and rang his boss to put in a complaint of bullying.
Within 2 hours I was told that no one in the office would co-oborate my story, these were people I had worked with for 7 years, and they had all signed a written statement agreeing with my boss. I was told if I dropped the matter there and then they would not take it any further.
I thought about it for a few days and eventually had to drop it else face having my name dragged through the mud over it. I dropped my complaint and then found out they were still going ahead with the actions against me!
I handed my notice in that day and was escorted from the premises!
Found out that night from one of my work colleagues who I thought was a good mate, that the boss had threatened to sack everyone unless they agreed with his story. Thanks a bunch!
I'm a lot wiser now and in a much better job.
Oh to prove Karma does exist. My boss got sacked 5 months later for fraud! Muwhahaha!

Was tempting at the time. Got that "rage shake" but brushed it off as it never gets anyone anywhere.
Worst part about the whole experience was how people you think are friends suddenly switch allegiances when its gets sticky. Not a nice thing to learn.

I assume Govan Jaggie was referring to the author of the website, not any of the subsequent discussion.
