ST LUCIA
DELHI
MUMBAI
SHANGHAI
TOKYO
The extension (till 30th April) includes only:
NEW YORK
WASHINGTON
CHICAGO
ORLANDO
ORLANDO to/from MANCHESTER
BARBADOS
DELHI
MUMBAI
SHANGHAI
So basically Los Angeles, Antigua, Cuba, St Lucia and Tokyo have been excluded from the extension but Chicago has been added.
