Don't tell GJ, but Economy passengers coming back into the UK will be getting Lord of the Rings Amenity kits until the end of the year!

I'm shocked GJ - it took you almost a week to pick up on that nugget, and 'Amenity Kit' was even in the title! :)

Especially since we have an RSS feed. [:0]

Jeez, SOOOOOOOO last year.

(Are you sure you're worthy of being "brought up to date" with a sunglass consultation?)

He'd already had a fit of the vapours on the subject here and was probably taking time out to lie down in a darkened room. There's only so much excitement a man can take...

My nephew loves LOTR and I was hoping I might be able to get one for him, what do you think the chances of me getting one for him on our return PE flight next week? If I ask the CC are they likely to allow me to have one even though they are meant to be for Y pax only?

If the crew haven't got any spares. Wait till you land, let the Y pax get off the plane first then you can wander through the cabin, and help yourself. There are always a large percentage of them that sit unopened in the seatbacks.

I am sure the crew wouldn't mind - but it may be worth checking it is okay. I know they used to collect up the untouched J kits (when they were worth having, [:w] ) but I can't see them doing the same down the back.

I should think getting one would be fine and there will always be unopened ones left around as Nick said - not everyone is quite as enthused by amenity kits as GJ;)
