Virgin America wins backing

SRB has secured financial backing for his new American airline from NY venture capitalist Greenbriar Equity Group.
The other highlights (haven't looked to see if there is a Virgin America forum - sorry!)
- Investors hasve 51% equity, but 75% voting rights (under US law, SRB can't have any more than 49% and 25% respectively)
- SF to be the operational base, NY the HQ.
