Full details here.I think this is a new UC sale. Book by 27th November for flights in December and January.
New York, Nairobi and Dubai from £1199, Boston and Washington DC from £1299 - seem like very good prices to me.

Sorry, no titles here. My path up the peerage is non-existant although if Betty W feels the urge to make me a Duke, I'll not turn it down.

Conveniently timed for when strike action is expected by the cabin crew (assuming they vote in favour of a strike). Book at your own risk!

they do this sale, at this time, every year...have gone over to the UK the past 3 years during this sale...nothing to do with a strike at all.

I'm aware that they do these sales every year. Even so, this year just happens to coincide with the predicted time of when the cabin crew may strike.

""coincidentally" may have been a better word than "conveniently"? Your post just came off as "Virgin conveniently created this sale at the time of a strike" as to imply that it was intentionally timed as such so virgin didnt have to honor the passenger's ticket purchased at this low fare as there would be no flights."
