Updating Booking

Hi Can anyone tell me if i can update my booking on the VA website? I have a holiday booked with virgin holidays and the reference number allows me to see my booking on the holidays website, but not on the VA website. is this possible or do i need to call virgin to select seats etc, thanks in advance.

Hi - when are you flights? You can only view flights that are 336 days or less from your return date.

IIRC your VH booking ref should work on the VS site but if not just give Virgin a ring and they will be able to give you another reference that will work.

I've found that sometimes the VH code works and other times it doesn't. someone from VH told me that you need the locator code for the VS website. so just give VH a call and you should be fine.
