V-Flyer

Ok I know this has been covered before but not for a while. With all the new standards + upgrades who do you all think + believe have set the highest new standads for F and J class. I have not travelled much F recently but was on the new Cathay F and that was very impressive indeed.However 9 dont think the overall service was as good as the 747 F with SIA from Heathrow. As for J my vote still goes to VS. Well all I can really compare it to is also Cathay and I just prefered the VS experience overall. Who do you guys think now is the no1 in the world.[:D]

I forgot to mention a friend who works with me recently flew to Sydney with Etihad from Dublin in F and said it was an outstandng airline. He did point out that the food was a 'little' dodgy as he is a very plain eater so the Arabic fare was not to his liking but overall said a fantastic experience and very competive pricewise towards the usual suspects. I wonder if anybody else has flown with them in F that could also add their comments.

F - a toss up betwee NH, SQ and CX.
J - between NZ, VS, BA and SQ.

SQ in both regards.

Yeah I think AQ really are out ahead of the rest in F and also up ront in J with VS close behind. I wonder if VS will ever upgrade their product and if so really what could be done?

South African First is amazing! Better than BA. I've never felt more appreciated on a flight. Anyone who has the chance should try them - crappy lounges, fantastic service!

Hehe, I think Upper Class is a great product and I don't know what much else they could do if they had a First Class. I wonder what we would call it....Aristocracy Class? [:o)]
Then again, they could make the seats better somehow...maybe like the Suites on Emirates?

F - I hear Etihad is very good, otherwise SQ, CX or possibly SAA
J - ditto Etihad, VS, BA

SQ for sure, new products only in J but in F in all aircraft they are simply stunning!!!!
