Itinerary re-issue?

About a month ago, I got a call from VS to tell me about a change of (outbound)flight time. Only by about 15 mins, so not really a problem. A couple of weeks later, another call, to say that my inbound flight time has changed by 15 mins. The caller also said that a new itinerary would be issued - but this hasn't happened..

I could chase them, but is this necessary? Can anyone confirm that my original e-ticket is fine and does not need to be altered? I had a similar situation last year when a flight time was changed and I didn't get an updated itinerary then - I wouldn't be asking now, but for the fact that the member of staff said one would be issued.

I also am puzzled as to why they called my land line - several times, leaving messages - whenthey have my mobile number and have contacted me that way before....

Your original itinerary is fine for check in purposes. Also, you have the option of printing off a new itinerary from the VS Web site (under manage my booking) - however if you booked through an agent they will have to provide this for you.

Thanks Slinky. After I wrote that message, I did check 'my booking' and that does reflect the altered times. I wouldn't even have questioned it, but for the fact that the woman at VS told me I'd get a new one!

I've been waiting for 2 months for a new e-mailed itinery that has apparently already been re-issued but not sent to me yet, this was because they spelt my surname wrong!
