Would someone please be able to tell me what meals are served on the LHR to JFK VS045 route?

In which cabin are you flying?

Y and PE is usually a Chicken & Beef offering and then a Veggie one too. If in UC then the menu can usually be found on the 'whats onboard' section on the Virgin website.

Maybe if one of our members has done an East Coast flight recently they may be able to recall the menu for you. Always worth having a check through recent TR's too as quite often they are mentioned in there.

You haven't said when you are flying, but this is the sample menu from the VS website and if you have a look through the recent UC trip reports several of our eloquent posters, go into great detail about the food and wine available.
