Looking into 5ish day break in Feb with Mrs NH & not mini NH
We need to be forced to chill out.. & no kids in tow.. [y]

Rough Criteria as followed;
Making some use of Y or PE sale fares, for this sort trip not looking at using any miles, as working up to G's later in yr [:D]

Some heat, bit of sun, reading, sleeping, eating well. We're not divers or big water sport people, like some culture to soak up [8D]

Ideally via MAN- so St Lucia or Barbados [?] (save the MCO trips for Mini NH)
If not MAN, LHR an option. Indian ocean?
Is DXB worth it if we don't sunbath or waterski??

Curved balls welcomed...

NH

I would say St Lucia, there are some very nice small hotels in the Rodney bay area which also has some great resturants.

For me it would have to be Barbados.Love the place.Great people and great beaches.Dubai can be chilled (once you've done battle with the traffic and construction) but all in all a bit too slick and glitzy to be truly chilled.Service level in Dubai is excellent though.

Both the good lady wife and I are with you on the warmth, reading and eating front and have had great times in Barbados, St Lucia and Antigua with the only watersport being the occasional paddle. They don't seem to make much of their history or culture though; best for that in the Caribbean is, in our experience, Cuba; however that fails to tick some of your other boxes...
