Virgin ISA - 5000 Mile Bonus never credited
Posted: 23 Jan 2009, 13:01There was a promotion for 5000 bonus miles if you took out an ISA by the end of October with Virgin Money.
The miles were not automatically credited to my wife's account, despite providing them with the right FC number.
They are being manually credited now.
So if you took out an ISA and were expecting the miles, you might want to check and chase up if they have not made it onto your account.
