24 hour cooling off period?

Did I dream it or if you book a flight online with VS do you have 24 hours to cancel? Forgive me if this has been covered before.

No idea. BUT I would call ASAP and they MIGHT help without a fee. Just 'play' dumb. Could be hard to for them to understand that you have issues with the website as you are a Gold member but worth a go.

Hello

This is the case. I have had clients who booked on line and then cancelled within the 24 hours when they found out I can get the prices lower than they are online.

I have done this in the past, when booking a ÒZÓ fare through my Travel Agent.

The fare rules always allowed her to hold the booking for 24hrs, before needing to issue the tickets or cancel. This allowed me the opportunity to get hotels, car rental etc. in place prior to confirming a non-refundable ticket.

Not sure about when buying online though as I usually book through my TA.
