MMB update

Seems VS have made some tweaks. Now you can't see your seat reservation unless you go into the seat map. The seat map also shows the snooze zone now with a new icon for the snooze zone seats.

Layout's also changed around quite a bit too.
Overall, seems to be an improvement...

Oh that looks different. It will be interesting/confusing when the seat maps are unavailable as you won't be able to know your existing seats requests are still ok.

I can confirm that as I'm in that situation on one of my bookings. There isn't a View your seats link and no confirmation of numbers.
As an aside
it thinks my CZ codeshare on an MH flight from KUL-PVG is bmi [:o)]It doesn't show FF details or allow you to enter them (even though I accessed MMB through my FC account)On my later booking the countdown clock says 93 Days ... until your next flight (should be 'this flight') as my next flight is considerably sooner

My booking shows my FF number, and allows the option to edit it, on the passenger details section.

I can't see my FF number on my booking, nor does the booking show in MMB. I vaguely remember reading on the forum that this happens with miles upgraded Gs (??)

The lack of FF number is more than likely down to the fact that at least one leg of your booking is a reward (either full or upgrade).

I have just entered all my API and all contact numbers. Even though I clicked on Update Details, when I went back in after and checked, it had all gone. Does anyone have any ideas?

The API I entered for our flights in a couple of weeks, just before Christmas was also empty when I checked this morning. Will try and enter them again tonight but it might be a glitch with the new update? Maybe worth giving FC a call and see what they say.

Have just taken a look - some nice changes to make the screen a little less confusing.
Its good that they have marked the snooze zone seats but might be handy to explain what it actually means (like no at seat meal service)for new bookers.
It would be good if your seat was listed on the front screen but my previiously selected seats were marked on the seat map - would save a good few people having to do the extra steps otherwise.
I took the opportunity to update my API too and after confirming it all the main screen changed to 'API Entered' but when I logged out and back in it wanted me to enter API so I clicked and it had most of the details their - except it had lost the hotel name (but not the other address details) and changed me from male to female !
But I'll checke it the day before I fly just to make sure !

I have entered my API details for our Vegas flights. There is still a link to enter details on the summary page. I clicked, but found my API info was still there. I'll drop a note to virgin suggesting they might like to change it to view/amend details if information is already entered.

It's always been like that, right from when VS started asking for API!!!
