Not sure if this is useful information but the LGW Drive thru checkin is not curb side for the next few months while the airport upgrades the ramp facility.
You will driven to Level One Red Car Park in LGW where you go to a special drop off area that virgin have negoitated with BAA.
This may become a firm fixture if BAA give the space to virgin and customer feedback is postive.
