Recommended seats on 346 in Y?

Hi all,
I'll be travelling on VS200/201 in Y on the 346 in December. After consulting the 'Seat Ratings' page, I have requested seats 61 A and C because they apparently have slightly more legroom.
Is anyone able to confirm if this is the case? Or, are there any other seats in Y which come recommended (I won't be at the airport early enough to get the exit row.)
Many thanks.
jml.

Never sat that far back, but we always prefer to sit as far forward as possible because it means you're among the first off the plane and subsequently into immigration... 32AC is good although there's only one window, 37/38 AC are also nice and near the front.

My favourite seats are 62C/H and of course when travelling in twos will take 62A&C or 62H&K. I did find them to have more legroom but that was way before when VS decided to give more legroom in Y. Row 61 is where the plane starting to get narrow and the seats are not lined up to the seats infront. It is not so bad on the window seats but avoid 61D/E/F. Also Row 62 you are far enough from the rear to be disturbed by the toilets but close enough for nipping for some snacks in the galley. Also the rear galley is a good place to do some stretching without going too far.

I think 32A or C on the Airbus is actually right at the front of Economy.

Try and sit as far foward as you can. There is an over-wing exit row (row 34 I think) which offer more leg room all the way acorss the Y cabin on the 346's.
Avoid rows 43 - 46 as these are near the washrooms and the middle section feels very crampt having the crew rest bulk head infront of it and what was a small galley (now the water fountain area) right behind it.
Those two washrooms at the rear of the 346's are very noisy too [n]
I always try and avoid sitting near the rear of a Y cabin as you tend to feel the effects of turbulence more at the rear of an A/C, your served last so you first choice of meal might not be available and you off the A/C last too.

Row 31 is the front row on the A340-600.
Alex V - not got to UC or even PE yet, but hoping to address that next year should we get enough miles...

Many thanks to all for the replies.
Re. Row 61 A and C, does the above mean that the tray tables are stowed in the armrest (as the seats don't line up)? Also, are the TV screens still in the back of the seat in front, or are they also in the armrest?

No the table/tv are still in their usual places, it's just in the centre seats where it switched from 4 abreast to 3 where this happens.

No issues with 61A/C but the centre seats have no moveable armrests and tray tables stowed in the armrests. The seats are much narrower too due to the permanent armrests. Avoid these 3 seats like a plague.
