VS are still showing Mauritius as a destination on the website.

VH latest worldwide brochure (through to next April) says VS flights to Mauritius on Friday and Sunday.

HOWEVER

I cannot find the VS flights in the summer schedule. Have these been dropped?

Yes they have been dropped for the summer schedule. You'll find that VH will offer you flights with Air Mauritius direct or with VS via JNB with a connection to Mauritius.

MRU is seasonal, it stopped on the 25th April and will resume on the 13th November.
