V-Flyer

I wonder if anyone knows what the opening times are for the HKG CH? I am on the VS239 in November and wanted to see if I could spend time there instead of my hotel room.

I did a search but couldn't see anything on here.

I seem to recall it being open from around midday - I know I got there not long after then; obviously I checked my luggage in at the Airport Express station at HK Central as check-in at the airport wasn't open.

Don't VS allow some other airlines access to the clubhouse and therefore it's open longer than you might expect? Last time I was there that was the case ...

This is one area where the VS web site is pretty poor with very little clear info on the CHs and other lounges with unclear or no info on opening hours and what food and other facilities are avaialble.

Even the LHR CH info page dosen't include the opening hours!

It would only take a little bit of time to give the pages a major update.

Yes, the HKG Clubhouse is also used by Eva Air so will be open earlier, although the VS CH menu isn't available until a few hours before the VS departures (although you can help yourself to the Eva Air food menu)

Thanks for the replies, 0830 is more than early enough for me, I am at the Marriott Sky City at the Airport so can get up check in and head to the CH for breakfast!
