V-Flyer

Hi everyone,
REALLY long story short for many reasons we did not fly out on a booking we made with Virgin Atlantic. We were flying upper got the taxes refunded but not the fare. Are we entitled to those miles even though we didn't fly? Pretty sure the answer is no but I thought i'd ask the experts anyway.

No, it is miles 'flown', if you don't fly, you don't earn.
