V-Flyer

I went over to SFO again this morning to present the award for the best airport team and they were so excited it was unbelievable. For their staff meeting they had a huge cake suitably emblazoned and a massive plasma screen in their staffroom (called the Village) announced their triumph. At their request I told them about V-Flyer before presenting the award to the Station Manager. The staff were all suitably thrilled and asked me to thank all those who had voted for them.

It was a very pleasant hour - extended because I had left the award in my hotel room and had to go back for it [:I] They are so proud of their airline and delighted with the positive feedback the award brings.
