I was just asked to take a quick survey on the VS website, I was honest about it, however the second to last set of questions just had me scratching my head.

It asks for your FC number [y]
Then there is a box if you don't know your FC number [?]
However if you enter your FC number, you then have to check off the box that you don't know it before the next page will load, just stupidity at it's best.

Was it VS or a company commissioned by VS to do the survey?

Darn good question, I wasn't really paying to much attention, however, if it's on your website it down to you to make sure it works correctly.

This happened to me a few days ago too -said my FC number didn't exist. I was pretty cheesed as I'd taken the time to do it. If I remember correctly it had the VS logo at the beginning of the pages but I might be wrong.

As it's a web survey it is almost certainly outsourced. I've had my share of unanswerable questions on websites before, not just VS but unprofessional all the same.
