V-Flyer

I'm looking to take DL the Elder away -lots of variables but possibly buying L fares and upgrading them to Gs. My stepfather has offered to 'pay' for the upgrade one way for her (30,000 miles) from his account as he can't forsee himself travelling anywhere long haul in the near future because of his ill- health.Is this possible?
I know I've 'paid' for miles upgrades for Mr DL and DB in the past from my account, but they've been travelling with me.

Should be able to, though he will need to get on the phone with FC to do it.

Mr Sunshine aways uses my miles to fly and I don't fly with him!! So should be fine.

Just had a really unhelpful /uninterested call to the Premier Team (she was rude to boot). Are VS really trying to cheese me off? (after last months trip they don't need to try too hard). Potentially, I'm trying to throw a fair bit of cash their way but I'm beginning to wonder why?

Oh dear! They really seem to have it in for you!

DL, do call back (as annoying as that may be). You can use the miles in this way, you just need to get through to someone helpful. [:(]

I did, and she was [:)].

My adult children have access to my miles (I just needed to get FC to put it on record) so they can ring up and use them without even telling me!
