VH Bookings with a VS schedule change

If you now have a VH booking and VS changes your flight times, rather than phoning VS to refresh the booking like you used to, you now have to call VH to confirm the change (even though the VS website wont let you in to see what the change actually is)

I've just spent 20mins+ in calls queues to both VS, FVC and VH (all off-shore call centres which I don't like) only to be told that I have to call back tomorrow [n]

All this just to get my VS booking refreshed.

VS/VH IT is going backwards not forwards!!!

Agreed. This is a pain in the a*se. When our ex BGI flight time changed by 15 minutes I could only see the flight again after 3 calls to VH.

Tried called VH again today using the FVC number (which now dumps you on the main VH switchboard, so you first have to explain why you are calling them instead of the main call centre number)

Then put though to booking services and finally after 20 mins I'm put though to someone who then had to speak to the flights centre.

All this just to be able to view a booking online!!!!

Apparently VH are getting a lot of calls about this. Sounds like VS are just passing the buck to someone else now.

Once this had been done, I can now access my booking again.

I had this problem earlier this year. After getting through to both VH and VS indian call centres who had no idea what I was on about I then called the flying club and pressed the option to book a new flight, this got me through to the UK and they updated it for me in seconds - A lot of fuss and waste of time for something that took 5 seconds to do.

Something which BMI can manage by simply sending you an email with a button to click to accept the schedule change. Total time taken about 3 seconds!!!

VH online booking still showing original VS19 departure time of 09:30 as well.

I've passed my feedback to both VS & VH so will see what they say.
