Hello everyone! Having a lovely time despite -no water in the Clubhouse, no working toilets, no hot food. So disappointed, but the cocktails and champagne is taking the edge of it. And the staff are lovely.

They've just announced that hot food and water is back again...

On the aircraft, offered champers immediately and a lovely guide to the seat and service provided.
Looks like new menu: beef olives, creamy fish pie etc.

Finally, Matt had no idea about UC until we boarded and I turned left. He thought I was going the wrong way...! And is now suitably impressed. Hooray for boyfriends who don't read boarding cards and just follow...

Our flight was amazing. It started with an offer of champers just as we sat down, then the FSM came round and introduced herself to everyone, personally, in UC. And just got better and better.
