Hi all,
Noticed my VS19 flight time has been changed, normally I wouldn't mind but this time it messes with my onward plan. I would hope VS would change me to another flight without charge, what is your experiences in this scenario??
Cheers,

What do you mean by another flight, as obviously VS only do 1 flight a day to SFO. Do you want to change to a different date, or move your flight to a different airline?

Best thing to do would be then to give FC a call, they will be able to tell you what they can and can't do for you.

Just spoke to premier team who won't change for free as it's less than a 5 hour change.. oh well - I'll have to pay the 50 fee. Double whammy - no 747 and fee change (although a 11am departure does leave more time for Mojito's...)

Funny old thing 'aint it. If it was you wanting a change VS would slap a 50 charge without hesitation. The very least they can do is waiver the 50 fee, especially as this is probably only an 'admin' fee and as such would cost them peanuts anyway![V]

Indeed, I'd be tempted to call back and ask to speak to a manager. Funny old thing customer service and retaining people isn't it ...

Cheers,
it was mentioned in one of your previous threads that the SFO times had changed, and also to a 340-600 instead of the 744
