Hello all...

I am flying to Barbados on Saturday, on VS029 and am wondering if I'm going to be able to sample the delights of VPort??! I have checked and I think its going to be Nova, but I can hope!

Also, does anyone know a good airport lounge at Gatwick South?

I have emailed Virgin about using the V Room, in the hope they will let me in, as I didnt book through Virgin Holidays.

Fingers crossed!

You're in luck, it's on an LHR 744 on saturday, so V-Port it is!

If you can't get in, then try

http://www.no1lounges.com/gatwick.php

which has had some decent reviews.

I'd agree

The BEST place I've found outside the Clubhouse at Gatwick is the No ! lounge - service can be a bit slow - but their Eggs Benedict is
masterful!
If you're in Priority pass - it's inclusive

And otherwise - in Barbados - go to the Cliffe

Just got back from Barbados and sadly the Cliff is closed for some work, still there are loads of nice places around, we found Raggamuffins, Spagos, The Beach House and The Lone Star all great.

Have fun!

Hi all,

I have emailed and rang the Cliff, but I did hear that it was closed :-( Very disappointing. I will try Tides and some other places definitely.

It is my first visit to Barbados. I have been to Antigua, Grenada, St Lucia, so am looking forward to seeing another island, and escaping this cold weather in London!!
