I beleive twilight check in is only available at Gatwick.

Yep. Twilight Check-in is an exclusively Gatwick options. IIFC, because there is no room at LHR to store the baggage overnight.

When did flights from LAX arrive at Heathrow?
Anyway, twilight check in at LAX is not available.

OH boy. Was sat at SFO waiting for an Alaska Air flight to Palm Springs ... mental fuse box well and truly slaughtered! I blame too much travel this last ten days ...
