V-Flyer

This might mean nothing at all, however....

On the VS website, if you go to Flying Club -> Flying Club Partners -> Airlines and you click on the drop down menu to see the list of partner airlines, Virgin America has suddenly appeared. I don't remember seeing that there before. However, if you click on it and hit GO, you get the following error message:

'The page you are looking for may have been removed, renamed or is temporarily unavailable.'

Could an announcement be coming soon and they are just getting the website ready? Or did someone accidentally add that in there?

It would be fantastic if true and I can see VX too in the drop down but not in the pictures ... mind you, it's bloody overdue, I recall VX saying in 2008 that they anticipated partnering with VS!

I saw the same thing the other day - booked my first trip on VX and checked on the VS website to see if there was mileage earning potential...
Fingers crossed they bring it in by January 19th

Mileage earning would be great. Interlining bags would be even better. [^]

That would be absolutely fantastic and i for one would be more encouraged to make the odd internal flight for a boost in mileage and tiers hohum!

Funnily enough, a number of the partner airline pages are all missing. Well run site.

The VX option seems to have disappeared from the drop down menu now. Shame - have my first flight with them coming up in Jan - would be nice to earn a few miles.
