V-Flyer

I just wanted to pop a note on to say my flight yesterday has to count as one of the best ever in my 11 years of useing VA for my bi annual holidays. The service was 1st class all the way, the food was more than acceptable and we were made to feel very very welcome.

Thank you to all the crew who worked their preverbials off throughout the flight with a smile and utmost professionalism in UCS, I really do appreciate it.

Such a relief to hear this and may it continue as this (not cuts) is exactly the kind of experience that will help VA stay ahead of the game.

Excellent to hear EGG. Our VS5 flight at the end of October was our best VS flight, so maybe all the best crew are working this flight!!!!

I hope you either filled in a 'Heroes' form or will send something to Customer Services as this really helps staff get the recognition they deserve. Even if you cant give a name if you give them the flight details it helps.

With everything that is going on at the moment with all the snow and delays, it is fantastically refreshing to read something positive for a change.

I am going to make certain they know how good the crew were on this flight.

That is good news and mirrors my own recent experiences - provided that the service can be maintained through these lean times, the VS can capitalise in the future

We also had the most brilliant crew on both our outbound and inbound flights on this route. Actually I have never had a bad crew, only an indifferent one so we have been lucky. Hope your trip was warmer than ours!
