Morning all,

Does anyone have a direct number for the Premier Service Team? I find it frustrating to go through the 0800 flying club number with 2 layers of menu options that also asks me twice if I want to provide advanced passenger information!

Just looking for a number that will let me join the queue without all that rubbish! I was going to ask while I was on the phone just now but I gave up waiting in the queue [:I]

I have checked, there does not appear to a number in my original gold card pack.

Try the http://www.saynoto0870.com and that will give you a landline number

The problem with the Flying Club landline number that's on saynoto0870.com is that it doesn't give you any priority at all.

It's basically just the standard FC Red access number.

Does anyone know why the premier service team isn't advertised as benefit for gold customers?

Maybe because you aren't always guaranteed to get through to them?

The vast majority of the time I end up leaving a message with whoever answers the phone asking for my contact in premier to call me, which they do pretty quickly.

There are some other 0800 numbers to get through to Premier (aside from calling the FC Au number that is well known).

The fact that the same things are asked for twice in the same call tree goes to show that

* The call tree is badly designed
and/or
* No-one from VS calls in to check what the customer is experiencing

I was on to the Premier Team last night and having got through a couple of 'If you want..... press #' episodes I was put on hold with the obligatory music and promotional messages. One was for (I think) a 200 voucher from John Lewis for flying in a qualifying UC class (in other words, J) before the end of November 2009

That's not the first time I have heard an out of date promotion [V]

Yes, but are there any which do not have the poorly designed menu options? If so, where can I find the number? [?]
