Would someone be as kind to tell me where the PE section is on the flight I think the flight is VS018 Many thanks

It all depends on which a/c type you will be flying on. It will either be an LHR 744 or an A340. On both a/c the PE cabin is to the right on the door you will enter on. If you have a look at the seat map section of this site (select either LHR 744 config 4, A343 or A346) and you will be able to see more clearly.
