Anyone know if this flight is associated with regular delays? Only mention it as I know the LHR - MCO flight of around 11am (sorry, can't remember flight number) was the subject of a whole delay thread here!

LHR-MCO? Assume you mean LHR-MIA (The VS5). I don't think this flight is any more prone to delays than any other flight. We flew the VS5 last November and due to a fairly tight connection I was checking its actual departure time for a few weeks beforehand and yes it was delayed some days, but to be honest it usually landed before its ETA in MIA anyway. We took off on time, and landed nearly an hour early.

Flight Stats is a good site for checking the history of a certain route.

Am I right in thinking flight stats is on this site? I know I've seen it somewhere, but can't immediately recall where.

No, Flight Stats, is a separate website. Here are the details for today's VS005, and it allows you to select other dates, and get route history etc.

Also try LHR-LGW website, which is good, but it is a bit more laborious to get the info for various dates.
