Is is possible to book and pay for one of my directors to fly to Washington and me earn the Miles and TPs? Not bothered about trying if its a dodgy deal and shouldn't be done but don't want to be kicking myself later and find out its allowed. Would push me to gold if I did it.

Yep, just used the MMF myself recently, works very well if they are flying UC.

At least I will get the Amex points as well, oh I wish you could buy tier points lol.
Actually a return PE ticket to Washington at 584.51 is a ruddy good price considering most of it is tax.

How much is 'real' tax / airport charges and how much the fuel surcharge? But it is a good price !
