Had a phone call from the the Premier Service Team this afternoon telling me that my June flight (VS011) had been put back from a 14:50 to a 15:05 departure. What impressed me more is that I'm not even travelling UC on the outbound journey.
6pm I got a text message with the same information.
8pm I receive an E-mail again with the time change along with an apology.
Just thought I'd post to say what excellent customer service [y][^], just hope the flight is as good.

I got three texts and three emails, this morning for various flights. Have to agree it is good service.

Nice work, do wonder if it's a little overkill for 15 mins later though. A 15 min earlier change would be more worthwhile as people more likely to miss the flight!

I also got the email and text about the VS11 change yesterday.
I'm actually more impressed with the fact VS have changed the A/C back to a 744 for my VS11 flight [:D]

Very nice work from the premier team.
After talking to someone inside VS, they are aiming to have the bugs ironed out in the 3 months or so.

Nice work Premier team!
But from a management viewpoint, that is a cr@p use of resources. I wonder what that cost for a 15 minute change?
