Made a mistake in booking

I just booked a ticket for my mother and her friend, but accidentally put her friends title as 'Miss' when she is in fact a 'Mrs'.

I couldn't see anywhere to change this in the my booking section, the APIS doesn't ask for it.

Will this cause a problem at check-in, is it worth calling VS to get this changed?

I can't see this being a problem - as long as the first name & surname match the passport, then she should be fine.

There is no field with this in the passport, it is merely sex of M or F so not a problem at all.
