DTCI and my usual Airport Transfer

When my wife and I flew to Sydney in Upper, we were able to take part in a DTCI trial, whereby we were able to arrange for our normal Airport transfer driver, to take us straight up to the check in area.

I am traveling in Upper towards the end of May to SFO . What has happened to this trial ? Is it now standard procedure, or is it only for people who book the CDC ?

It's still ongoing, you may or may not be invited closer to the time. Cross your fingers!

The last time I had need to call the Premier team just before hand, and asked if I would get an invitation. They did n't know.

However, less than an hour later, I did get an email !

I may just have to find a reason to ring.

What is the normal timeline for an email ? A week or so beforehand ?

In February I got an email on the Monday before my Wednesday flight so it looks like they do it a couple of days in advance. Suppose it will depend on the time and date of your flight too.

Came as a total surprise as I was on a G !

I think mine is a Z fare. I hope I will get the email, I'd like to experience it again.
