At least it's some happy news!

On the other hand Tinks, the Sunday Times Travel section is running a "name and shame the world's worst full service airline". BA is currently out in front "with a strong showing for Virgin Atlantic and Air Mauritius".

Had a terrible experience at Check-in with Virgin though five years ago but a *much* better one on the way back on that trip and even better the next time at LHR.
