I was going to do OLCI next Monday morning for our flight on Tuesday morning, we're going to LGW and staying over so was going to do a bag drop mid to late afternoon.

What do you think our chances of getting exit seats are? And does anyone know how much do they cost?

We're in economy going out but PE coming back, the seats we've chosen for economy aren't great (a pair at the back, so it means we'll be last off) but I don't want to be stuck in a three.

The only way to get an exit row seat is to ask for one at check-in. They cannot be allocated via OLCI. Twilight check-in does give you the best chance, but are by no means guaranteed

I would say so, that way at least you have some seats confirmed.

The two at the back of the plane are great if there is just two of you.

If your flying to Orlando dont worry about the line at immigration as they are effcient in Orlando.

The best exit seats are row 25 as they are adjacent to the door you will board and exit from.

Row 38 is also an exit but next to the toilets so can get really busy during the flight. Row 49 is by the main economy galley so can also be busy.

I would suggest getting 25ABC or sticking with the seats at the back.

I can't remember what the numbers are but its the first 2 in the start of the 2's (if that makes sense)

The Good think about BGI airport is the arrivals hall is now nicely air conditioned.. so although the line can be long its not as bad as say Antigua!!


Also BGI airport can get busy with BA/AA and other airlines arriving close together.

Personally Id stick with the two at the back or try for a new EXTRA LEGROOM SEAT, they only cost £30 each!

Youll get the extra 3 inches of legroom which makes a difference and you will get a normal width seat.

Dont forget exit seats are slightly narrower due to the tray table being in the armrest.

You can get two seats in a row of 4 then you wont have to jump over anyone.

the first row is 61 IIRC . in my opinion next row back 62 is better as you get some leg room down the side of 61
