Breakfast coming back is the awful choice of a Cheese and egg bagel or cheese, egg and ham muffin and a cereal bar (or at least that is what I think it is).

You do seem to be able to ask for fruit though which helps somewhat.

If you look up the Trip Report Index in The Toolbox and check out VS 19 and 20 you may find some recent TRs in Economy which will give you an idea of the menu. Alternatively, any trip report to the US will have the same menu as the SFO flights

2 years ago was my first flight on Virgin and we flew back from SFO and they offered me a sandwich for breakfast but i have dry bread as i am intolerant to dairy products, milk, butter, marge, cheese,so they said i could have a banana which i love anyway,so they had to go right back up the plane as i was sat at the back,i think last year i had a pastry with chocolate inside it,not very appetizing...

But thankyou all for your replies,i usually get by and they cannot please everybody.....

Judging by the wastage of breakfast in Y, I don't think they please anyone ...

Mine was a Chocolate/Raspberry GU dessert, and the beef was stew like. Chicken was pasta I believe. And I got a snack of a spinach & ricotta wrap!
