no bags -OLCI done - straight through ??

flying to MCO tomorrow. I did twilight check in and dropped our 2 bags earlier-got my boarding card( had just landed from Spain.)
Mrs FB did OLCI and has printed her BC and has no bags.
I think we can just head straight through security yet the agent checking me in insisted she still had to report to a desk tomorrow and i cant see why.
any thoughts ???

Yes, youshould be able to go straight through, as long as you both have a boarding card for security.

thanks thats what i thought , he must have got mixed up.
HFB we are going out of LGW on 015 the late service.
twilight check in was murder, biq q and some idiot blocking it up for ages.
but all done so we can arrive at leisure at stroll onto the plane.
i am still confused why i need to check 2 bags when all i had was 2 pairs of shorts and a T shirt !! women !!!!!

one thing i have just picked up- my wifes passport doesnt have the security sticker. wonder if thats a problem ?

I never got a security sticker when I checked in at LHR the other week and I had no problems (although I did get one at BOS coming back home)

I usually check-in online and travel with only carry-on luggage, so the security stickers are put on at the boarding gate, where they ask the normal security questions, did you pack your own bags etc...

thye did give us a sticker at the gate yes, but we were quizzed as to why she didnt have one. when i explained that the desk had said 'go straight through' the response was 'they dont have a clue' !!
