V-Flyer

Hey All,

I hope you can help, I keep on finding conflicting information regarding what aircraft I will be on a flight to Barbados. I can see from your tools that G-VFAB is the aircraft use most of the time however Wednesday seem to be a bit of an odd day and that is the day I am flying.

I can see from my booking pages that the plane has Seat Configuration 1. However on the Virgin Website it says all 747 aircrafts will be Seat Configuration 4 after March 2010.

So is it just the case that the booking website is wrong? I fly out on the 30th June.

The change to Config 4, with the mix of UC and Economy in the bubble, was due to happen (ISTBC) only to aircraft that nominally belong to the LHR fleet, one of which is G-VFAB. It's not clear how far they have got with this reconfiguration program, as our flight in August to SFO was changed to a Config 4 and then changed back.

An August 2, currently showing as config 3

14th July - LGW Config - 14/58/379

2nd August - LHR Config - 44/62/261

obviously could change
