V-Flyer

As you know I am new (to the board and Virgin) but when I booked the flights I signed up for the FFC.

Any idea when they arrive? Its been 6 months since I booked, and I could do with it to collect my hire car miles at the desk.

You won't receive the card until you actually fly, otherwise there would be thousands of cards issued without a flight being taken.

For the bonus miles, the rental company should be able to process it manually so take a note of your number.
