Credit where credit's due

Having had a stinker of an UC flight back from CPT in Dec I'm pleased to report that each leg of the flight down to SYD and back has been excellent (all in UC). Highly visible FSMs on all four sectors who all led by example and hardworking crews who seemed genuinely pleased to be there.
The only moot point was the food -still pretty ropey IMHO -last night on both legs the food was barely edible and not enough of the choices loaded so a few unhappy passengers(I ended up having to share my cheese with MR DL but got all my choices as did Mr DL) and they ran out of both Baileys and port on the SYD - HKG leg (what's the point of cheese without port ?| )
When I get home I'll start bashing out some TRs (I'm currently in Revivals just awaiting my treatment). My eagerly awaited EK First trip on the A380 was just simply mindblowing
.The problem now is that I want to travel like that all the time...MR DL is looking rather pale at the prospect ):
However it looks as iF UC is back to the quality offering it should be which is good news in my book y) .
